Here's how you can remove products when On-Sale automation is live

You can remove some products from the On-Sale automation while keeping On-Sale automation active on other products.

There are two ways to remove products from the On-sale automation depending upon the rule which you have used for the automation-

  1. Compare at Price

  2. Price Rules

Compare at Price

  1. Go to your Relevant e-commerce store's Admin panel
    ​
    ​

  2. Click on the product that needs to be removed from the On-Sale Automation
    ​
    ​

  3. Change Compare at Price to 0. Changing the Compare at price to 0 will automatically remove the products from ongoing automation.

Price Rules

  1. Go to your Relevant e-commerce store's Admin panel
    ​
    ​

  2. Select Discount from the right panel
    ​
    ​

  3. Click on the Price rule/ discount which is set
    ​
    ​

  4. Remove the product from the rule. Removing the product from discount would remove the product from ongoing On-Sale automation
