Here's what you should do when badges don't get auto-applied to your products after you've set the automation to live

ModeMagic checks your store every 30 minutes to update the product list.

​In case of any discrepancies, you can factor in 30 mins more (1 hour in total) to ensure that your automation is updated.

Hence, if you don't see the badges auto-applied to your products immediately after the automation is live, wait for 30-60 minutes and check again. If it doesn't get updated, please reach out to us.
