ModeMagic works best on Chrome/Firefox/Safari browsers on laptops and Chrome on mobile. If you're using a different browser apart from these, you might come across this problem of the app not getting launched properly.
We're soon launching support for other browsers, until then we request you to open the app using the recommended browsers. Thanks for understanding :)
