What's a Custom Product Recommender Quiz?

A custom Product Recommender Quiz is a tailor-made setup where Mason's Product Support team specifically develops a tailor made quiz for your store. Our inhouse team designs the quiz according to your ecommerce goals (such as new user conversion, lead generation, upsell etc.) as well as your store theme.

How does the setup process work?

Before we can setup a custom product recommender quiz for your store:

Any sample quiz from which you'd like our team to pick up the design? If yes, do share the sample quiz URL. This will help us to understand how you want the look and feel of the quiz to be.
Decide the following-
1. How many questions you'd like to include in the quiz?
2. What is the format of each question? Which one will be a multiple choice, which one will be a select-one-option, which one is true or false? We currently support multiple formats, and can also customise formats on demand (& based on the monthly plan you are on)
3. Which questions have text - and which will have images for the customer to select from?
4. What customer information would you like to collect once the customer submits the quiz?

  4. Anything else?
Would you like to offer the customer a discount if they choose to purchase a product that the quiz has recommended?

#3 - Finally, provide us collab access to your store for setting up the quiz.
