Using the following steps, you can exclude certain products from Abandoned Cart/ Smart Price Drop-
Open the Abandoned Cart/ Smart Price Drop playbook from ModeMagic
Under Settings on the left side of the screen, click on Exclude Products
Click on Exclude Certain Products toggle
Add the Tag or choose the collection from the e-commerce platform which includes all the products that you want to exclude from the playbook
Activate the playbook by clicking on Add to Store. The playbook will be activated without the excluded products.
