Using the following steps, you can exclude certain products from Abandoned Cart/ Smart Price Drop- 

Open the Abandoned Cart/ Smart Price Drop playbook from ModeMagic ​ ​ ​

Under Settings on the left side of the screen, click on Exclude Products ​ ​

Click on Exclude Certain Products toggle ​ ​

Add the Tag or choose the collection from the e-commerce platform which includes all the products that you want to exclude from the playbook ​ ​ ​

Activate the playbook by clicking on Add to Store. The playbook will be activated without the excluded products.

1. Open the Abandoned Cart/ Smart Price Drop playbook from ModeMagic ​ ​ ​
2. Under Settings on the left side of the screen, click on Exclude Products ​ ​

3. Click on Exclude Certain Products toggle ​ ​
 
 ​
4. Add the Tag or choose the collection from the e-commerce platform which includes all the products that you want to exclude from the playbook ​ ​ ​

5. Activate the playbook by clicking on Add to Store. The playbook will be activated without the excluded products.
