Smart Price Drop playbook nudges customers to complete the purchase of a product that they have browsed multiple times but haven't purchased yet.

If the trigger set for the playbook to appear is 2 times in the last 15 days- this means that if the customer has viewed the product page atleast 2 times, they will be able to see the Smart Price Drop pop-up on their screen. From here the customer can avail the discount directly at the checkout page.
