You can publish the announcement banner on specific pages only by using the "Custom" option on the top right corner of the screen
Add the regex of the page where you'd like the announcement banner to be visible-
Copy the regex of the page from the page url
Paste the regex in the Custom box after adding a "
.*" before the regex
Press Enter
Click on Add Banner
