How can I request for a refund?

You can ping us or reach out to us at [email protected] along with a reason for why you'd like a refund.


Based on your app usage, we will be able to get back to you with more details on the refund process.


Once the refund is processed you will be able to see the refunded amount on your relevant e-commerce platform's Dashboard. The refunded amount will reflect on your payment method within the next 48-72 hours.
