Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up the Price Drop playbook.
Once the Price Drop playbook is activated in your store, the widget will be visible on the store based on the product that has been most recently & frequently viewed by the customer. This playbook gives a timed discount to the customer to complete the product that they are interested in.
The customer is directly led to the checkout page when they click on the “Add to Cart” CTA on the widget
Click on "Apps" on the home page of the ModeMagic app
Select the "Smart Price drop" app
Click on "Select Products" followed by "Manually" to manually select the products that you want to include in the Smart Price Drop playbook. You can also select products based on a "Collection" or one of the e-commerce platform's "Tag"
Set up the Fixed or Percentage discount that you want to offer under "Offers"
Set up the time for which the customer can avail off the timed discount by clicking the "Enable Expiring Offer"
Set up the "Triggers"- this specifies the frequency for which the customer has viewed any of the selected products and once the trigger is satisfied the customer will be able to see the playbook.
From the right side of the screen, select when the widget should appear on the customer's screen. Choose the "First Reminder" and "Subsequent Reminder" by clicking on the respective drop-downs.
From the right side of the screen, choose the store pages in which you want the Smart Price Drop to be visible by selecting the "Display Settings" drop-down.
a) Select "All products" if you want the Smart Price Drop to be visible on all product pages
b) Select "All collections" if you want the Smart Price Drop to be visible on all collection pages
c) Select "Home Page" if you want the Smart Price Drop to be visible on the home page
d) Select "Custom" & then add the regex in the "Add Regex" box. If you would like to add the widget in selective product pages only, you can add the regex as shown below-For eg: If the regex has to be added for the product "oakley-factory-winter-trigger-mens-mitt-2015", then you must add it in the "Add Regex" box as follows:

Under the "Display Settings" drop-down, the floating position is selected
Click on "Add to Store" in the bottom right corner of the screen to apply the widget to your store.
Once the widget is active, it will be visible under "Active". You can pause an active widget by clicking on the "Pause Icon" or remove the widget by clicking on "Remove".
