Here’s a step-by-step guide on setting up a Welcome Incentive widget
Note:
Please create the Discount Code in the relevant e-commerce platform's Admin Panel before using it in the Welcome Incentive. The discount code can be availed by the customer at check-out.
Click on “Apps” on the Home Page of the ModeMagic app
Select the “Welcome Incentives” widget.
From the left side of the screen select the template of your choice under "Templates"
Select "Design" to input the content & "Style" to customize the Welcome Incentive, respectively
From the top of the screen, you can edit and view how the widget will be visible on different screen sizes.
From the right side of the screen, select when should the Welcome Incentive should appear on the customer's screen by selecting the "Frequency Settings" drop-down.
From the right side of the screen, choose the store pages in which you want the Welcome Incentive to be visible by selecting the "Display Settings" drop-down.
By default, the Home Page is selected
a) Select "All products" if you want the widget to be visible on all product pages
b) Select "All collections" if you want the widget to be visible on all collection pages
c) Select "Home Page" if you want the widget to be visible on the home page
d) Select "Custom" & then add the regex in the "Add Regex" box. If you would like to add the widget in selective product pages only, you can add the regex as shown below-For eg: If the regex has to be added for the product "oakley-factory-winter-trigger-mens-mitt-2015", then you must add it in the "Add Regex" box as follows:

Under the "Display Settings" drop-down, choose a "Custom" or "Floating" position for the Welcome Incentive
By default, the floating position is selected
Select "Share Via" and add in the details to connect ModeMagic to your Klaviyo/ Whatsapp/ Omnisend account. Your customers will receive emails via your store’s Klaviyo/ Whatsapp/ Omnisend account.
On the other hand, enabling the Welcome Incentive without selecting any Share Via options leads to the widget collecting the phone numbers and email addresses of the customers who have filled out the form. You can download the responses of these customers as a .csv file.
Click on "Add to Store" in the bottom right corner of the screen to apply the widget to your store.
Once the widget is active, it will be visible under "Active". You can pause an active widget by clicking on "Pause" or remove the widget by clicking on "Remove".
You can download the email responses by clicking on the “Download Responses” option in the bottom right corner of the screen
