What happens if multiple automations are active and a product matches more than 1 playbook?

If you're running more than one automation to manage your store efficiently, you can prioritize which badge is to be shown on a product.

The Priority feature gives you an easy way to set priorities for which badge is to be applied to a product.


The Automation with the highest numerical value will take the first preference. For instance
​

  1. A playbook with the Priority of 2 will take a higher preference over the automation with the Priority of 1
    ​
    ​

  2. A playbook with the Priority of 3 will take a higher preference over the automation with the Priority of 2.
    ​
    ​

Here's an example -

If a product qualifies for Update Products with Tag, Bestseller as well as Low Stock automation and you wish to prioritize the LowStock badge, simply navigate to the LowStock Automation and set a higher number than the other two active automations.

Once this is done, simply click on 'Update Priority'
