On the home page click on Apps to your left and choose the Free Shipping by Price option on the right. ​ ​ ​

Under Settings Navigate to Free Shipping by Price and set the Minimum price you want to apply free shipping on. ​ ​

Under Design choose the badge of your choice by clicking on Change Badge and you will see the badges as below. ​ ​ ​

Once the condition is set, click on the arrow on the right panel to select the placement. Once you select the placement, click on Activate Free Shipping by Price
